I get insane amount of messages where pregnant women use the word "scared" to express their feelings about the birthing process. May I please say that the only thing you can do as a pregnant mother is to spread positivity. Everything else, nature does. So why not replace this negative word with, joy, pleasure, looking forward, happiness, and being strong and ready? An extremely effective technique in handling reservations and fear is affirmations. I'm sharing a link to download affirmations (in the stories) that you can listen to everyday, multiple times if you wish to… And I'm sure it'll go a long way in having a more positive, fearless bent of mind. And please remember.. birthing a baby is something that is the most natural thing for a woman's body. Respect your body for that, love your body for that, and be kind to your body by not conditioning your mind with these preconceived notions about pain and discomfort during birthing. It is not true. Your birthing experience will only be as calm as your mind. So take things in your control like I have, like millions of women across the globe have, like the woman working in the fields has, like your mother and granny and their mother and granny did. You are a woman. You have the power. Just take back the control of your mind. All the best ladies! #affirmations PC: @sachin113photographer ____________________________ #positivity #positivevibes #positiveaffirmations #birthingexperience #birthing #painfree #motherhood #woman #womansbody #pregnancyexperience #pregnancy

She moves like the wind & does chores in a glance,
She’s the epitome of perfection, doesn’t leave anything to chance,
She’s a mother, she’s a daughter,
She’s a swift, adept trotter,

She loves you with all her heart,
She never lets you apart…
She lets you take her for a ride,
By your rules, she will always abide,
But don’t treat her with disrespect,
Coz she’s not so soft in that aspect.
She can guide you & ride you with equal finesse,
If she wants to she can leave you in a total mess,
But if you love her, pamper her & not be mean,
She’ll be the best thing you’ll ever meet, she will be your Queen…
#superwomen

Apart from all of this, a baby shower is another big thing. However, because of the busy life of Chhavi Mittal, she couldn’t celebrate that. But seems like she just had the most precious and rememberable baby shower. Chhavi Mittal’s 6-year-old daughter gave a nice surprise to her mother.

Chhavi shared the details about it through Instagram again! She wrote, “This whole pregnancy has been so damn hectic for me that I have literally had no time to even think of feeling special. But there’s one thing I did miss this time. And that is a BABY SHOWER. Normally it’s either a sister or a best friend who throws you a baby shower, but I don’t have a sister, and my best friend tried to get together with my darling husband @mohithussein to plan one for me, but unfortunately I couldn’t take out a day since I had deadlines to achieve before going into labor.

This whole pregnancy has been so damn hectic for me that I have literally had no time to even think of feeling special. But there's one thing I did miss this time. And that is a BABY SHOWER. Normally it's either a sister or a best friend who throws you a baby shower, but I don't have a sister, and my best friend tried to get together with my darling husband @mohithussein to plan one for me, but unfortunately I couldn't take out a day since I had deadlines to achieve before going into labour. But you know how Sharukh Khan said that "poori kaynaat" dialogue? 😋😋 So I think the forces of nature got together and sent an angel from above to throw me a baby shower literally days before my labour would begin! Day before yesterday I got a call from my 6 year old daughter telling me that tomorrow's my baby shower, and that I'm to leave the house at 4 and then come back at 6! My Little fairy had called 2-3 of her other 6 year old friends, who came and helped her decorate the whole house with coloured tapes, balloons, messages on post-its, flowers and sea shells. I was made to wait outside the door for a few minutes because they were not ready… Then I told them that I need to sit, so a cute blindfold (the eye patch I wear to sleep) was put around my eyes & my cutie held my hand and made me sit while they did the last minute finishing touches.. then 5 minutes later they all came and Areeza removed my blindfold while they shouted "surprise" and filled up my lap with little cards full of love and spelling mistakes! It was the biggest awww moment of my life ever!! And I couldn't have wished for a better baby shower! The people who matter to me the most, and to whom I matter the most were present, and the little human that I made 6 years ago created this special, unforgettable moment for me 🙂 And later she told me, "mama I'll always do this for you, on every special occasion". Was this the best day in my pregnancy… Strike that… best day in my whole life or what! The fact that I spent the next 2 hours after that cleaning the house and doing pocha is a completely different story though 🙄😉 #babyshower ____________________________ P.S. She asked everyone to wear pink.
