Deepika Padukone’s Chappaak first look

Our hearts skipped a beat when the first look of Deepika Padukone’s Chhapaak was revealed. She looked shockingly unrecognizable as an acid attack survivor. Deepika has been winning hearts with her amazing performances right from the day she started acting in the films. She is not only one of the most beautiful but one of the most talented actresses of Bollywood too.

The actress was last seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmavat and it turned out to be the biggest blockbuster. Her choice of films has always been classy. One such is Meghna Gulzar’s Chhapaak. It is a real-life story of Lakshmi Agrawal, an acid attack survivor who was attacked by a man whose advances she rejected. Deepika has put in a lot of effort in the role and did her research with the help of Lakshmi.



The moment the first look poster has released no one could miss the uncanny resemblance between Deepika Padukone and Lakshmi Agrawal. Not just the fans but people from industry as well praised Deepika for the look. Deepika’s loving husband, the ever-energetic have some really nice words for his lady love. He said, “Astonishing! What a remarkable prospect! Proud of you baby! I love u. Go Get ‘em.” Well, not just Ranveer we all are proud of Deepika and Meghna as well for choosing a sensitive topic and killing it with just the first look poster.

She shared a boomerang video where she can be seen jumping in excitement after all those ravishing reviews. Everyone who wrote on the poster release mentioned that they can’t just wait to go watch the movie on the screen.

Apart from this, Deepika has also been signed in for the biopic of Sahir Ludhianvi and will be seen in another Sanjay Leela Bhansali film. Reports are that Deepika has replaced Tapsee Pannu in the film and will be acting opposite Abhishek Bachchan.
