Moreover, I keep sharing how your eating habits can change your outer look. So, this time the ingredient is “Desi Ghee”. If you can make it at home, nothing like it. However, you can also try to get the purest form from your nearest dairy. If none of this is possible, then buy a local brand! Always remember that “labels never define a brand identity.”
Let’s discuss how to use Desi Ghee for Face Pigmentation. So pigmentation is about skin coloring, it causes skin darkening. The patches or the spotting on your skin that you see are what is called pigmentation. I will be sharing tips on how to use desi ghee for face pigmentation.
Ghee as face Mask
Pure desi ghee is a boon for winters. Especially, when it comes to moisturize your skin and remove pigmentation. Take one tablespoon of ghee, 1 tablespoon of honey, and add 2-3 drops of milk into it. Apply this paste on your face and neck. Keep it on the face overnight. However, if you are not comfortable with the layer, wash it off after an hour. It will help even the skin color, keep the skin soft and supple.
When it comes to using desi ghee for face pigmentation, lips’ darkening is a major concern. To get rid of it, massage ghee on your lips before going to bed. Massage gently for 2-3 minutes and leave overnight. You will feel the softness in your lips the next morning. With consistent use, you will get rosy lips in no time!
For Under Eye Pigmentation
Dark circles or dark spots around the eyes can also be treated with ghee. To solve the issue, take a little ghee in a bowl and mix a few drops of milk in it. Take a small cotton swab and dip it into the paste. Dab it around the eyes and gently massage using the same cotton swab. Do it every night before going to bed. It will take around a month before you see results.
I always emphasize on being beautiful inside out. While you continue to apply ghee in the ways recommended, also don’t forget to include it in your diet. Suggested intake is at least 1 tablespoon of ghee with every meal. However, do consult with your doctor if you have any medical issues. Eat clean, healthy, and take good care of your skin.
