While caffeine can help keep your body moving, it is not good for your health. Caffeine disturbs your digestive system and also is a cause for stress. All you need to do is to limit your intake of caffeine. One cup in the morning should be enough. If you are a big addict, 2 cups should be enough.
If you aren’t sleeping well, all the diet and exercise are a waste of time. Sleep at least 8 hours every night. Good deep sleep between 10 to 6 is the perfect kind of sleep. Make it a routine to sleep and get up at the same time every day.
