Hina recently talked to a leading portal where she revealed the diet secrets, what she uses for her skincare and lot more. One thing that she really stressed on was consistency. Despite her busy schedule and shootings, Hina makes sure she hits the gym every day or at least 4 times a week. On being asked about being a fitness freak, Hina said, “In the past couple of years I have become more conscious of my fitness. When I have an easy week workwise, I hit the gym every day. Otherwise, I make sure I work out at least 3 to 4 times a week.”

Hina’s workout is majorly weight training, Kickboxing, TRX exercises, functional fitness, and calisthenics. She also said, “ I also involve myself in the outdoor workouts like running, jogging, swimming, and Yoga.” Talking about her Diet secrets, she said, “diet plays a major role in fitness. My mornings usually start with lukewarm water with some lemon in it. After that, I have a breakfast which generally has a glass of fruit or vegetable juice, 2 bananas, corn flakes, and a cheese omelets alternatively.” She further added, “I strictly follow the low carb and high protein diet.

About how her skin looks so flawless… She said, what you eat reflects on your face. I drink at least 12 glasses of water each day which helps keep me hydrated and fresh. I also drink coconut water every day and a bowl of curd is a must. After the diet secrets, she also gave a few skincare tips which she herself uses.

Hina revealed that she uses home remedies like the fresh tomato face pack, orange peel powder and milk for exfoliation. Moreover, it’s only the home remedies that she prefers for her personal skincare. For hair she uses the warm towel spa at home, egg and yogurt overnight mask to improve the texture and add shine to her hair.
