As soon as the winters hit, its time you switch to the non-foaming, cream based cleanser. Glycerin is your best friend. Look for this ingredient in your cleanser and grab it! The cream based cleanser will better hydrate your skin and helps repair the damage caused by the dry air.
Sometimes even the best cleansers can’t help you get rid of the flakes. This is what moisturizers are made for. Consider buying a promising moisturizer that leaves your skin soft, supple and smooth. Look out for the SPF in your moisturizer; you really do need it every season everyday.
So yes this universal tip is always going to be there. Hydrate your skin and don’t let that cruel dry skin suck all the freshness from your skin.
What you eat reflects on your skin. Cut down caffeine, coffee, and alcohol from your routine or just limit the intake. What you need to add to your diet is olive oil, berries, walnuts, and all the seasonal fruits and vegetables. Eat local!
