As India started its “atmairbhar” journey, my search for Indian brands started! Skincare being my favorite thing, the first thing I looked out for is the skincare brands that I can suggest to you guys. Homemade, 100% natural, local, and made with love products is what exactly I am hunting for. Also, if you are a regular reader, you probably know by now that I am a big fan of natural products with no added chemicals. Alright! So coming to the topic, the brand that I am going to introduce you to today is “Antheia Essentials”.

So I was introduced to Antheia by its founder, Shikha Garg. So Shikha sent me an email after reading my blogs that she wants me to try and test and review the products. As she was just starting the brand, I was sure that she definitely will put in a lot lot effort and love into it. I immediately said yes and almost complete the range of products that she launched reached in my PR package. It was one of those packages that I feel were special to me. I took my time, used every product that it had in it, and kid you not, I fell in love.

I took another month to write this blog so that no injustice is done either to the products or to my readers. Both readers and the brand deserves an honest opinion and I feel that honest reviews especially of a skincare product are not at all possible before you at least try it for 21 days. Here I am after more than a month of using this Indian skincare brand and an honest review.

Two things that assured me even before using it that I am going to love it are vitamin C and foaming! Anyone with combination skin, oily t-zone will relate to me! The foaming effect ensures that your skin doesn’t dry out but at the same time, all the oil and dirt are taken away from your face. Vitamin C brightens up your skin, removes the dark spots, and also has an anti-aging effect. I have almost finished the bottle and I am planning to buy another… can I say it in any other way that I loved it?!

Whether your skin is oily or dry or anything, moisturization is inevitable. You just need to choose the right moisturizer. This made in india skincare brand is giving the best option. So the daily moisturizer that this Indian skincare brand sent me was with hydrating effect and is not at all that sticky super heavy cream that sticks to your face. it gives a hydrating effect, provides just the amount of moisture that is needed, and keeps your skin the soft and supple the entire day. Mango butter again is a good source of Vitamin C for the youthful skin.

Dark circles or dark spots around the eyes can also be treated with ghee. To solve the issue, take a little ghee in a bowl and mix a few drops of milk in it. Take a small cotton swab and dip it into the paste. Dab it around the eyes and gently massage using the same cotton swab. Do it every night before going to bed. It will take around a month before you see results.

Diet

I always emphasize on being beautiful inside out. While you continue to apply ghee in the ways recommended, also don’t forget to include it in your diet. Suggested intake is at least 1 tablespoon of ghee with every meal. However, do consult with your doctor if you have any medical issues. Eat clean, healthy, and take good care of your skin.
