In today’s world of the rat race, stress and never-ending work, fitness have to be taken care of well. Maintaining daily fitness challenge is a bit tough. Fitness is not just confined to the gym and the strength training. Moreover, eating write and keeping your body moving is the key! All you have to do is make a few changes in your diet and add some exercises or cardio in your daily routine. To make the work easier for you, we have added the daily fitness challenge tips. No sugar Challenge

Ok, so the first step would be to stop taking sugar in any form. This means no desserts, no chocolates, and no sugar even in your tea or coffee. Also, when we say no sugar, it means not even artificial sweeteners or brown sugar. Don’t worry, if you feel like eating something sweet, grab a fruit! Or you can go for dried berries. This would be your daily fitness challenge one and you have to carry it forward.

Eating Home cooked food

Home-cooked food is not only healthy but hygienic as well. When you cook your food yourself, you obviously ensure proper hygiene is maintained and you only put the best fresh ingredients. Also, make sure you use less oil and least spices. Make a simple home-cooked meal and relish it! So the daily fitness challenge two is to eat homemade food.

30 minutes Walk

Make sure you go out for 30 minutes brisk walk every day. Moreover, if you can go for the walk in a park, nothing like it. Fresh air and the greenery around will soothe your mind and body at the same time. A brisk walk is also a good form of cardio to keep you active and energetic. Daily fitness challenge three is to go for a walk.

20 Second Plank

Planks are the best exercise for the whole body. Start with holding your plank for 10 seconds and increase to 20 seconds and eventually to one minute. Do at least 5 planks a day (20 sec each) and do remember to keep breathing while you do it. So your 4th challenge is to do planks.

50 Jumping Jacks

Jumping Jacks is a fun and extremely beneficial exercise. Jump Jump Jump with your arms stretched out and a lot of your body issues will be solved. Jumping Jacks help in weight loss, digestion, reduce cellulite and also boosts energy. The last challenge is to do 50 jumping jacks and increase it up to 100 a day.
